yeṣāmarthe kāṅkṣitaṃ no rājyaṃ bhogāḥ sukhāni ca
ta ime’vasthitā yuddhe prāṇāṃstyaktvā dhanāni ca

They for whose sake we desire kingdom, enjoyment and pleasures stand here in battle, having renounced life and wealth.
